Warmest welcome to our practice! We understand scheduling a dental reservation or finding a dentist that makes you feel at home is very important. When scheduling a first visit, our new patient coordinator, Jessica, will talk you through the process beforehand over the phone, as well as provide you with the links to download the proper forms to fill out before you arrive. Upon arriving at our dental practice in Coeur d'Alene, you’ll be greeted by Jessica once more and given a little tour of the practice before being set up in a dental suite. At this time, we’re happy to offer a wide variety of amenities to help you feel right at home, from blankets and cooling eye masks to possibly to catch up on your favorite Netflix series.
During our thorough doctor exam, Dr. Friedman would enjoy learning about your personal goals for your teeth, smile, and overall health. Upon completion of your exam and cleaning, Dr. Friedman, your hygienist, and Jessica will put together a detailed treatment plan. We’ll discuss your treatment and create a personalized plan of action before scheduling your next visit.

No Dental Insurance? Join Our DS Exclusive Annual Membership
Join our in office Annual Membership Plan
The DS Exclusive Membership allows you and your family to get the dental care you need. For an annual fee of $300, you will receive the following services:
- 2 cleanings, 2 sets of x-rays, and 2 doctor exams (if needed)
- 15% Courtesy for any/all dental treatment completed with Dr. Friedman or one of our Dental Studio associate doctors during membership year
- Complimentary Custom Whitening Trays
- Complimentary Whitening Gel FOR LIFE (ask for details)
- Complimentary Conscious Sedation
- Renew Annually
- No Hidden or Activation Fees
- No Cancellation Penalties (Does not include no shows, or late cancellations of reserved appointments)
- No Waiting Periods
There is an annual savings of $623 per year for adults and $426 per year for children. Those with periodontal disease will save $726 per year (payment for additional periodontal cleanings will be the patient’s responsibility).
The following restrictions may apply:
- Offer valid with absence of gum disease; other offers are available for periodontal patients
- Membership cannot be combined with other offers
- 2 cleanings are allowed each year as a member. Scheduling the 2 cleanings in each particular year is the patient’s responsibility. There will be no reimbursement of funds if the allowed procedures are not all completed in that year.

PAYMENT AT THE TIME OF SERVICE WHILE UTILIZING DENTAL BENEFITS
Patient payment, not covered by dental benefits, will be requested at the time of each visit. We gladly accept cash, check, credit, or debit cards. We do also offer a courtesy adjustment for cash or check payments & for prepayment of treatment.
Dental Studio CdA is happy to work with all PPO dental insurance plans. Most dental insurance companies have a max of $1000 - $1500 per year. The dental studio team are happy to file insurance claims and and all necessary documentation on their patients’ behalf.
***Dental Studio CdA and/or Dr. Friedman are not contracted with any dental insurance companies and will be considered out of network for coverage benefits. Keep in mind your dental insurance, benefits, coverage, restrictions, & waiting periods are the patient's responsibility. It’s important to note that insurance companies can take up to 30 days to file, and process a dental claim.
